James Birk was born in Rockport and began his career in cabinet making at the age of 20. After mastering the trade, he and a friend opened a cabinet-making shop, which he later sold when he moved to New Braunfels in 2007. In New Braunfels, James built cabinets for a building contractor for two years before founding Copano Custom Cabinets in downtown New Braunfels in 2009. With over a decade of experience, James has established a reputation for quality and precision. He has three children: a son who owns a business, a daughter aspiring to be a doctor, and an elementary-aged son.

Omar Leon began his career in custom welding before transitioning to the cabinet industry under the mentorship of James Birk. Since joining the team in 2015, Omar has excelled in managing the CNC machine and has demonstrated a remarkable ability to bring any concept to life with meticulous attention to detail. His creativity and skill have been instrumental in the success of Premier Cabinets New Braunfels. Omar is also a dedicated father to four children.

Christopher McNeil grew up in Southern Oregon, working in wood product mills during his college breaks. After earning an MBA in Healthcare Management and refining his skills in the healthcare sector, he was recruited by James Birk in 2024 to bring his service-oriented approach back to the wood products industry. Christopher's expertise in business management and his deep-rooted knowledge of the industry make him an invaluable asset to Premier Cabinets New Braunfels. He has three young children, the oldest of whom is friends with James's son.
